When your fingers go looking for something to pick, give them a whole pad of it. These animal skin picking pads are soft, flexible shapes packed with hundreds of tiny beads that fingertips can dig at, pry loose, and pick out one by one. It's the same urge, aimed at a pad instead of your skin, in cute cat, butterfly, bat, and bear shapes.
How Pick Pads Work
Many people who pick at skin, scabs, or nails are looking for a specific feeling: finding a bump and working it free. A bead pick pad recreates that feeling on purpose. Run your fingers over the textured surface, find a bead, and pick it out. Many people find it oddly satisfying, and it gives restless hands something to do during screen time, reading, or long meetings.
Good to know: pick pads are single-use. Per the supplier, once the beads are picked out, the pad is used up and can't be refilled. Many people pick a little at a time so one pad lasts longer.

Safety Notes
- Contains small parts. The beads are designed to come out. Keep pads and loose beads away from young children and pets, and don't put beads in your mouth.
- Pick over a tray, bowl, or bag so loose beads are easy to collect and throw away.
- A pick pad is a fidget tool, not a treatment. If skin picking causes wounds, infections, or distress, talk to a doctor or a therapist who works with body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs).
